  49. copyrighted by the moderators. Making a CD-ROM with more than 200M of
  50. files from our collection or mirroring it on a regular basis requires
  51. permission from the administrators. That permission will be granted to
  52. mirrors if they provide an upload facility. If you as an uploader do
  53. not like this policy, don't upload or have your uploads removed.
